Hypnotherapy is a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable experience. In fact clients often say how “normal” it feels, a bit like day dreaming.  And just like day dreaming, you may be able to hear everything that is being said whilst in a deeply relaxed state.  So that makes Hypnotherapy  a safe and reliable method of treatment for many problems, as you will simply reject any suggestions that are not in your best interest .  There are no harmful side effects, no drugs and it is suitable for just about everybody, even children.

The length of treatment varies from client to client, but compared to other therapies, it's generally very quick at between just 6-12 sessions.
