Stress and Anxiety

With more and more of us suffering from some form of Stress or Anxiety, it's important more than ever that we learn to recognise the signs and symptoms and try to get on top of it as quickly as possible.

 

It can start with simple worries which cause sleepless nights, which cause more worries and more sleepless nights and then our problems become bigger and bigger until we can't even see all the positives around us and then, before we know it, we're suffering from tiredness, fatigue, IBS, chronic pain and lots of other symptoms that you probably know about all too well.

 

As a Hypnotherapist I can help you to start seeing those small positives that are going on in your life and that will help you to start sleeping better.  I'll explain how our brain works, how we create negativity and what we can do about it and I'll teach you self-hypnosis techniques and coping strategies that will help you deal with those negative issues when they happen.  I'll then take you into a trance state where we can connect with the unconscious mind and help to reduce those negatives thoughts and feeling and replace them with positive intentions.
