Prices Per Session as at 1st January 2021
Initial Consultation & Assessment - £70 - Up to 50 mins
A preliminary discussion to assess whether hypnotherapy is a suitable treatment and how it works. No hypnosis treatment will take place during the initial consultation; however a complimentary relaxation CD/download will be provided for use at home in between sessions and will form an integral part of your therapy. Payment in advance to secure your first appointment is required and is non-refundable.
Standard Hypnotherapy - £70 per session - Up to 50 mins
At each session we will discuss your progress and your goals, breaking them down into manageable steps before we get you on the couch for Hypnosis. This session may vary and Hypnosis may not always be appropriate during a session.
Stop Smoking Session - £160 - One off session - approx 1½-2 hour session
Clients are required to undertake listening to the Backup CD for a week before attending a Stop-Smoking Session. This is so they can get the maximum benefit from our session. Additional sessions may be required if the client is suffering from other problems such as anxiety.
Includes a Back-Up CD
Terms & Conditions
All sessions are held on a 1-2-1 basis at my office in Yate. Zoom sessions are available by prior arrangement only and are payable in advance. Appointments need to be kept in order to make the necessary progress.
Please arrive promptly as any lateness cannot be accommodated by adding additional time to the end of the sessions. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to make a full session available, but this often depends on appointments subsequent to your booking and so cannot be guaranteed. If your session needs to be curtailed due to your late arrival then the session fee remains payable in full.
Unless required by a court of Law, everything discussed with a client is treated as confidential and will not be discussed outside the therapy session. Everything you say will be treated in the strictest confidence with the following exceptions:
Self-Harm: I may need to contact your GP if it appears that you are suicidal or intend to carry out serious self-harm.
Abuse or Injury to a Minor: I am legally required to report any abuse towards a minor to the appropriate authorities should you divulge any such information to me.
Each standard session lasts up to 50 minutes and will be charged at the full fee. Fees are payable at the end of each session by cash or card.
You are paying for my professional time and expertise and therefore, refunds cannot be given.
Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. If an appointment is cancelled with less notice then the full session fee will apply.
Success is not guaranteed but full client commitment is important for the sessions to be worthwhile. There are no guarantees that any of the therapies offered will solve your issues. It is my intention to help you to help yourself, by facilitating a deep awareness of what is actually troubling you and helping you to empower yourself to make the appropriate changes. I make no promises that I can cure you, however, I can promise that I will do my best to help you.
Standards of Behaviour
We reserve the right to cancel the session and refuse any further therapy should you attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs, except those medications prescribed by your doctor, or if you demonstrate violent/abusive behaviour.
Hypnotherapy relies on commitment and motivation from both the therapist and the client to get the best results. Part of the treatment occurs in the consulting room and part of the treatment is completed at home. As the client, when you agree to undertake a course of treatment you also agree to fully engage with the process, complete any homework that you are given and listen to the CD as directed. It is with commitment and partnership that you will see the best results. Therefore I make no guarantees that therapy will cure you, only that I promise to do my best to help you help yourself.
