What is Hypnotherapy

How many Sessions will I need?
I trained as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, but I'm currently training in the Rapid Induction Method approved and preferred by Ali Campbell. I love to use the best of both of these types of Hypnotherapy and although the length of treatment varies from client to client, we are looking at only 1-3 sessions! Obviously there are some clients who may be successful with 1 or 2 sessions, but there will be those clients who will require a few more. But all clients are always welcome to come back for a top-up or a refresher session.
