I'm constantly learning new things and in 2017-2018 went on gain a Diploma in Gong and Sound Therapy and am now delighted to offer 1-2-1 Sound and Gong Healing Therapy as well as group Sound and Gong Baths! In 2020 I did an online course to learn a new hypnotherapy technique, Rapid Induction with Ali Campbell, which I absolutely love and currently offer this as my new technique to get my clients into a deeper state of trance,helping them to make changes in as little as 2-3 treatments. It truly is amazing!

Hypnotherapy is a fantastic way to help people suffering from stress, depression, anxiety, phobias and a whole host of other stress related problems. I've always had a passion for helping people and it's my journey now to share that expertise and to get those people struggling with life back on the right track so they can start making significant and positive changes in their lives.

It all started in 2004 when my sister had Hypnotherapy to stop smoking. I was amazed at how something so simple could be so powerful and I am pleased to say that she has never smoked since!

Since then I have gone on to train in many different disciplines from becoming a Chakra Dancing Teacher, a meditation Teacher, a Reiki Master Practitioner and a Sound Therapist. All of which I love, but I always knew there was something more and that I hadn't quite found my vocation in life!

I knew I had an interest in Hypnotherapy and had been looking for training courses for sometime. Thankfully in 2012 I found a course in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy at the Clifton Practice, Bristol, one of the UK's foremost hypnotherapy training centres. On the first day of the course, I knew that I had found something really special that would change not just my life, but yours as well!

It's been a weird and wonderful journey at times, but hypnotherapy has really brought it all together. I started my own business in January 2013 and in 2014 I won the prestigious Scoot Headline Bronze Award for Running a Successful Business!
